| Bert W. Struck has been representing plaintiffs and defendants in Personal Injury cases for almost 20 years. Mr. Struck was born on August 2, 1963 in Paterson, New Jersey. He graduated from Siena College in Loudonville, New York (1985) and from Pepperdine University School of Law in Malibu, California (1988). In law school he was President of the Law School Board of Professional Responsibility, President of the Delta Theta Phi legal fraternity and a member of the Moot Court Honors Board. Mr. Struck is an member in good standing of the California State Bar (1989). He is an active member of the Riverside County Bar Association, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California, the Association of Southern California Defense Counsel, the Defense Research Institute and the Orange County Bar Association. Prior to starting his own law firm in March of 2006, Mr. Struck was a founding partner in the law firm of Sullivan, Struck & Ballog, LLP, (2002 to 2006). Prior to becoming a partner he held associate attorney positions with the firms of Beam, Brobeck, West & Sullivan; Stafford & Hall and in house counsel for 20th Century Insurance Company. Clerking positions included work at the National Labor Relations Board (Los Angeles), Southern California Edison Company and the law firm of Borton, Petrini & Conron. |
